It uses Australian barley and is aged in apera casks (Austalian sherry). Starward’s journey started in 2004 when its founder, David Vitalie, opened a new distillery with local investors. His mission was to produce a whisky which has a balance of tradition and innovation. Its single malt is complex with rich, sweet and spicy aromas.
