You must also have a Saturday ticket to Whisky Show to attend this masterclass

Since Gordon & MacPhail reopened Benromach in 1998 and started to make old-fashioned spirit, its reputation has grown. However, the G&M team aren't afraid to look back to the days before they owned the distillery, and they have impressive stocks from across the years.

We'll be joined by distillery manager Keith Cruickshank, who will lead us through four impressive whiskies.

We'll have a cask sample drawn specially for the class and the Heritage 1973 and 1975 bottlings, long-sold out single casks that show the sought-after style of whisky they were making back then. On top of that we can finally reveal that we will also be tasting the brand-new 1969-vintage 50-year-old, the oldest Benromach in the range. We will be among the first people in the world to try this incredible new whisky.

While we cannot disclose much about this class, we can say you don't want to miss this launch – you will have the opportunity to taste Benromach’s newest but oldest release...
