Terms and Conditions

• Bookings of nine or more rooms are subject to a Group Agreement and Contract.
• Bookings must be made at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.
• All accommodation and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Full pre-payment will be taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
• Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or amended and are non-transferable.
• Where there are persons staying under the age of 18, the lead guest in each bedroom must be a minimum age of 18 years old at the time of booking.
