Everything that we do is inspired by our Orkney home, a world far from the mainland defined by its awesome natural beauty and creative spirit of the people who live there.

In Orkney, the wind is so strong that trees find it difficult to grow. Instead, each summer, the landscape becomes dotted with heather which is what gives our peat it’s unique, aromatic flavour.

Doing things our own way since 1798… Our casks and craft shape the flavour in each of our whiskies, using sherry-seasoned oak casks and upholding traditional methods of hand turning and drying our barley on site gives Highland Park its distinct character that continues to be highly awarded for its exceptional flavour.
