Hannah Lanfear hosts 5 whisky pros for 5 minutes each with 5 delicious whiskies and fun facts flying. It’ll be fast and furious - think delicious whisky, fun facts, and at the end you can vote on your favourite. 

2:30pm-3pm - Fizzy Feel Good - The Art & Science of the Whisky Highball with Hannah Lafear & Tristan Stephenson (Free) 

It’s one of the original mixed drinks – something boozy and something fizzy. But how do you make the perfect highball? Learn more from the carbonation wizards: Fever-Tree’s Craig Harper and Curious Bartender Tristan Stephenson.
