This year, Whisky Show introduces an exciting new addition to the event: the Old & Rare Zone. Designed as a destination for collectors, enthusiasts and the whisky-curious alike, the space will shine a spotlight on rare and remarkable pours that are seldom available to taste in one place.

Located on Level 2 of Old Billingsgate, next to the Masterclass Rooms, this dedicated space will bring together several exhibitors showcasing an unrivalled selection of old and rare whiskies. From long-lost distillery bottlings and cult independent releases to closed distilleries and historic vintages, the Old & Rare Zone offers attendees the opportunity to experience extraordinary drams that are rarely seen – and even more rarely poured. These prized bottles have been sourced from private collections, auction houses and the archives of The Whisky Exchange, making this a truly unique tasting experience at Whisky Show 2026.

Due to the exceptional nature and value of these whiskies, standard paper tokens will not be accepted within the Old & Rare Zone. Drams can only be purchased using dedicated Dream Dram Tokens, available via the show shop and official Dream Dram Token stands located throughout the event.

Confirmed Exhibitors

The Whisky Exchange

Celebrating the expertise and range behind our Old & Rare offering at The Whisky Exchange, the stand has grown every year becoming one of the busiest at the show. Curated by Jason Vaswani, our Old & Rare Buyer, the linup for the stand is able to draw on his deep expertise and the vast selection of bottles that pass through The Whisky Exchange. Past years have had noteable showings of the iconic Karuizawa as well as pours that like 1980s Glenmorangie are excellent places to begin your journey in these collectable spirits.

Whisky.Auction

Recognised around the world as one of the leading online auction for whisky, spirits, and wine, Whisky.Auction have long been fan favourites at the show. Their range of bottles draws on the wide exprience and knowledge of the team. This combined with their long term attendance at the show means that they always bring a range aimed at bringing the maximum delight to our guests.

Sukhinder Singh

The list of achievements for Sukhinder has acheived is extremely impressive. He co-founded The Whisky Exchange in 1999 and was one of the driving forces that saw it grow into the leading spirits retailer. Along the way he co-founded Whisky Show, Whisky.Auction and Elixir Distillers. He sold The Whisky Exchange in 2021, which allowed him to focus on new projects including his Islay distillery, Portintruan. All that has been driven by Sukhinder's passion for whisky. He has curated one of the broadest collections ever ammased, built upon his own deep understanding and appriecation of the liquid. His interests have tended to pull towards Macallan and Islay, but the list of distilleries and distillates he loves is as vast as his encylopediac knowledge of the spirit.

Angus MacRaild

One of the original co-founders of Whisky Show: Old & Rare, Angus' love for historic bottlings has been well documented by his contributions to the Whisky.Fun blog over the years. His collection, as with any collection, is a reflection of him. In the past this has seen some exceptionally rare bottles of Laphroaig being shared as well as a surprising deep dive into the merits of securo cap closure...

Edward Zeng

A fixture in the Old & Rare community in China, Edward started his whisky journey by, in his own words, spending far too much time going to whisky fairs, searching for elusive bottles and trying to taste everything under the sun. After turning his hobby into his career, he’s bottled a series of casks, imported a brand or two into China, and opened countless old & rare bottles at tastings. Although his favorite distillery is Longmorn, he particularly enjoys opening obscure bottles that nobody has tried before.

Whisky Auctioneer

One of the original exhibitors at Whisky Show Old & Rare, Whisky Auctioneer are a leading auction house. With decades of experience in the spirits industry and a deep passion for old and rare whiskies, the Whisky Auctioneer team will be sharing some choice drams this year.
