Founded in 2005, Kilchoman are still Islay’s newest distillery, despite numerous in-progress projects who are trying to take its title. The first new distillery to be established on the island in more than 120 years, Kilchoman is also one of the more experimental, forging their own path rather than drawing on legacy. With their spirit now ten years old, and with years of experience in cask selection now behind them, their already excellent whisky gets better with each release.
