This year, we are delighted to be partnering with Soda & Friends, London’s premier highball cocktail bar. The Soda & Friends team has created a menu of long, refreshing drinks especially for the show. Each one of these variations on the classic highball uses specially selected flavours to complement the character of some of our favourite whiskies.

Yuzu – Nikka Days, lacto-magic pink grapefruit, sansho pepper, shisho, Something & Nothing Yuzu Premium Soda

Coconut – Singleton 12 Year Old, toasted coconut, roasted pecan, Fever-Tree Soda Water

Blackberry – Johnnie Walker Black Label, fig leaf, blackberry mead, wildflower honey, Fever Tree Soda Water
