
We started making whisky in 2010 as farmers, believing in the quality of terroir and local mindset.
We farm our whiksy. And we are dedicated to making whisky from the crops that traditionally grow well in our local climate. We use both modern varieties and old Danish heritage barley for our single malts as well as rye and other grains for our grain whiskies. And we use both traditional Danish beechwood smoke and local peat for smoking.
We design and build our malting facility, utilising our single distillation method in our pot still to craft the farm distillery quality of our whisky, where grains take precedence. From pioneering Danish whisky to winning multiple awards for Thy's unique whiskies.
