This tradition continues under Fred Noe, who tastes every barrel of bourbon to be used in the small-batch releases. These represent the very best of the Jim Beam distillery, aged in the heart of the rickhouses where temperature and humidity are more constant, and allow for the whiskey to develop a more considered maturity. 

Booker's is bottled without filtration or dilution offering a pure vision of bourbon. Booker himself made one request to his son on retiring, and that was to "don't mess with my Booker's." The proof is in the bottle.
