He has crafted a plethora of brands and products across various categories, including Water, Soft Drinks, Cider, Beer, Cream Liqueur, Gin, and, most notably, Irish Whiskey. His unwavering focus on Ireland’s original spirit style, Single Pot Still, sets him apart.

Peter’s expertise extends beyond borders. He sources unique casks from around the world, collaborating with renowned producers in beer, cider, wine and spirit. Boann Distillery spearheads the revival of Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. His advocacy is leading to changes in European Union legislation, defining Single Pot Still under the Geographic Indication.
