Previously, Rawnica held senior roles at Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey, where she helped scale one of the most dynamic brands in the spirits world. Her earlier tenure at Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits sharpened her expertise in distribution and portfolio management across major supplier brands. A decade in restaurant operations laid the foundation for her inclusive, people-first leadership style.

Rawnica is a passionate advocate for equity and representation in the spirits industry. She serves on the Belonging and Engagement Committee for the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS), the Scholarship Committee for Women of the Vine and Spirits (WOTVS), the Mentorship Committee for Bourbon Women, the Education Committee for the United States Bartenders’ Guild (USBG), and is an Ambassador for Children of Restaurant Employees (CORE).
