With a background in malt distilling and maturation, Rory specailises in Single Malts, having worked on the Distillers Edition Collection, Mortlach and most recently the Lagavulin and Caol Ila Fèis Ìle bottlings.
Rory also works on Diageo's experimental new make innovation pipeline - working with novel yeasts, cereals and production techniques to deliver exciting new liquids beyond the traditional flavour wheel.
