Joining Diageo in 2019 at the age of 18, Charlotte embarked on a four-year technical apprenticeship program, gaining hands-on experience and technical expertise in whisky production. This foundation paved the way for a dynamic career in various roles across multiple Diageo sites, including Port Ellen, Caol Ila, Lagavulin, Mannochmore, and Roseisle.
