This year The Dalmore will be showcasing its Cask Curation Series Port Edition at Whisky Show and guests will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase a token** and discover this trio of exceptional releases, experiencing the complex flavours that define these whiskies. The Dalmore's expert brand ambassadors will be on hand to guide you through the tasting flight, sharing insights into the craftsmanship and artistry that go into every bottle of The Dalmore. 

The Cask Curation Series is a trio of single cask single malts celebrating The Dalmore's long-standing partnership with the world's finest winemakers, bodegas and wineries with releases strictly limited to 150 sets. The Port Edition is the second chapter in the series that celebrates The Dalmore’s whisky making artistry and its connection to one of Portugal's leading wine lodges, Graham's Port. 

Born from the exclusive partnership between The Dalmore and Symington Family Estates, each set in the collection comprises three mature whiskies, which together showcase the flavour potential in Graham’s Tawny Port casks, each one nurtured for decades under the watchful eye of winemakers, today led by Head Winemaker Charles Symington (4th Generation).

It is in the hands of The Dalmore’s whisky makers that these carefully curated, very rare Port casks enhance the rich character of the exceptional whisky for which The Dalmore is renowned.

• Aged 27 Years, finished in very rare Graham’s 1997 Single Harvest Tawny Port casks

• Aged 30 Years, finished in very rare Graham’s 1994 Single Harvest Tawny Port casks

• Aged 43 Years, finished in exceptionally rare Graham’s 1952 Single Harvest Tawny Port casks

** The cost of the Cask Curation Series flight is £300. Guests purchasing the flight in advance will receive a special token which they can exchange for the experience on The Dalmore stand, and which cannot be used to purchase other Dream Drams at the show. Alternatively, guests can purchase 30 individual Dream Dram Tokens from the show shop or Dream Dram stand on the first floor to redeemed on The Dalmore stand.
