Dave Mitton is the Global Canadian Whisky Ambassador for Corby Distillers and has been travelling the world spreading the good word of the whiskies from the Great White North since 2014.

Dave's journey in the industry started in the mid 90s when he decided to travel the world using bartending as a means to pay for the adventure. After moving back to Toronto in 2002 and opening up many award winning venues such as Czehoski and The Harbord Rooms, Dave decided to hang up the apron and dedicate his working life to the education and promotion of all that is good in Canadian Whisky.
