    Our show works like the world's biggest whisky bar. A ticket to the show includes access to hundreds of old, rare and unrepeatable drams, as well as a hearty lunch. All drams at the show are open and available to buy by the 1cl, starting from just £1.

  • How do I get there?

    Whisky Show: Old & Rare is at the historic Grand Central Hotel in the centre of Glasgow. It is only 100m from Glasgow Grand Central and close to the following local sites:

    • St. Enoch Travel Centre  - 400 m

  • Can I take samples home?

    Yes, you can take home samples that you have purchased from the exhibitors. 1cl sample bottles will be available to purchase at the show shop for just 25p each. 

  • How do I book a masterclass?

    Quite simply, our masterclasses are unrepeatable, once-in-a-lifetime chances to try unique whiskies. Make sure you are signed up to our newsletters to ensure you hear about these, as the top classes typically sell out in a matter of minutes.

  • Is the venue wheelchair friendly?

    Yes. The show offers full access for wheelchairs. If you have any special requirements or are likely to require additional assistance please advise us in advance.

  • Is there a cash machine on site?

    No. However, there are ATMs just outside the hotel. The shop and some exhibitors accept card payments. Please note: some exhibitors accept cash payments only so we recommend you come prepared for this.

  • What is your refund policy?

    You may cancel your ticket purchase if you inform us within seven days of the order date. Refund will be made in full less the booking fee and online card transaction fee.

    Should you wish to cancel your ticket after seven days, we will do our best to re-allocate it, in which case we will issue a refund in full less the booking fee and online card transaction fee.

    In the unlikely event of the event being cancelled all ticketholders will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase.
