In this tasting, we’ll be joined by representative of three much-loved US whiskey makers who’ll take us through a variety of pours, including something that we can’t get here in the UK.

Fred Noe needs no introduction. Master distiller for Jim Beam since 2007, the seventh generation of his family to hold the position, he’s spent his entire life around distilleries, helping to make some of the world’s best-known bourbons.

Dan Callaway is master blender for Lofted Spirits, which includes Bardstown Bourbon in its portfolio, where he was previously VP of product development. A sommelier-turned-whiskey-maker, Dan offers a very modern take on American whiskey.

Conor O’Driscoll is master distiller for Heaven Hill, with more than two decades of working in whiskey across Kentucky. He is now responsible for the HH portfolio, including Elijah Craig, Evan Williams, Old Fitzgerald, Pikesville, Bernheim and, of course, Heaven Hill.

It’s going to be a great tasting, showcasing three very different distileries.
