The Hiraldo family, the company’s owners, are enthusiastic inhabitants of Andalucia in southern Spain, and are keen to share the traditions and great food of the region with all of Europe.

At The Whisky Show, they will be highlighting their Gran Reserva Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, aged for four years and packed with flavour – a deep red, sweet and creamy ham that shows the family’s expertise. It’s a perfect companion for whisky, with its strong flavour and melt-in-the-mouth consistency a great match for punchy drams.
