Dingle were founded in 2012, after Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley decided to stretch out beyond their successful brewery and into the world of whiskey and spirits.

With a range of unaged spirits on the market and an ever increasing array of whiskey releases appearing, Dingle are rapidly making a name for themselves. As one of the earliest artisinal producers in the current expansion of Irish distilling, they have the experience and, most importantly, maturing whiskey to be one of the first of the new wave to challenge the established names in the Irish market.
