Chita Single Grain Whisky first appeared on the market in 2015 after years of whisky fans asking to try Suntory's grain whisky, and it didn't disappoint. Now available worldwide, it shows a very different side to Japanese whisky.

In 1972, Keizo Saji (Suntory’s second Master Blender) took a momentous step forward in pursuing Shinjiro Torii’s vision to develop diverse and truly Japanese whiskies blessed with the riches of Japanese nature and craftsmanship. On the misty, calm shores of the Chita Peninsula, Keizo built a distillery dedicated to creating the highest-quality Japanese grain whisky.
