Westland are one of the rising stars of the American craft whiskey movement. Rather than produce bourbon or other American styles of whisky, they instead focus on single malt, adding a local spin to the famed whisky style. Based in Seattle in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, they have fantastic ingredients on tap and a wide local community of drinks fans who have helped them to stake their claim to being one of the USA’s most exciting distillers, as recognised by Whisky Magazine, who awarded Westland the Icon’s of Whisky Craft Distiller of the Year Award in 2016.

Not only will Westland be at the show, but we will also be joined by master distiller Matt Hoffman.
