Brendan is now a freelance whisky consultant. He has previously lead the distillation and blending of all the whiskies at Distell international and was head of maturing whisky stocks at The Glenmorangie Company.
With a rich career spanning over 15 years in the industry, including several stints working for distilleries on Islay and even masterminding the planning of Scotland’s first new distillery in 40 years, Brendan has a vast array of whisky making experience.
Brendan holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and was awarded the Worshipful Company of Distillers award for his Diploma in Distilling.
