Nathan is an award winning bartender turned whisky ambassador who has spent almost half of his life in the hospitality industry. 

He has worked in kitchens, events, restaurants and some of the best bars in the world – including the renowned Callooh Callay and Swift, both of which were awarded trophies from the Spirited Awards at Tales of the Cocktail during his tenure behind the stick.  Nathan works on the whisk(e)y portfolio for Speciality Brands, training bartenders, creating cocktails and waxing lyrical about the whisky category across the country.
