Tomer’s experience in distillation spans across 20 years. At the age of 21, he owned 2 bars and thus his passion for working in the alcohol industry, and for whisky in particular, was born.
Since then, Tomer has taken up distilling in his own home and has frequently travelled to Scotland, training in several Scottish distilleries. In 2013 he became the Head Distiller for Milk & Honey, Israel’s first whisky distillery. Alongside this, he runs Whisky Live in Israel and holds many lectures and masterclasses about whisky, as well as judging in whisky competitions and consulting for bars and restaurants. Tomer also owns and runs an independent-bottling company.
