All three whiskeys are produced at Midleton distillery in southern Ireland, on the outskirts of Cork. While the original distillery was built in the 1800s, production now takes place at the New Midleton Distillery, built in the 1960s. While a small selection of whiskeys are bottled under the Midleton label itself, the distillery is better known for Redbreast and Green Spot, two of the best-known single pot still whiskeys, a uniquely Irish style with fans around the world.
