He joined the company in 2018 after several years spent in New Zealand working for the famous Whisky Galore business in Christchurch. He also has a wealth of experience in hospitality, specifically in the Hotel sector as an F&B Manager.

In his spare time (what little of it he has!), he can be seen snowboarding on the slopes, hacking his way around a links golf course and walking his lovely dog Maisie along an idyllic Highland beach!
