The team on the floor & behind the scenes have worked in some of the best restaurants in London (Gaylord at Mortimer Street, Chutney Mary, Kricket among them) & India (likes of Hyatt Regency, Maurya Sheraton, Taj New Delhi, Goa) for over a decade and bring the expertise of fine Indian regional cooking to St Albans.
