
After completing a degree in Food Bioscience, in 2018 Stacy began her career at The Scotch Whisky Research Institute first as a placement progressing to the role of Analytical Research Scientist.
In 2022 she moved into the Whisky industry taking on the role covering Blending & Inventory at Tullibardine. Parallel to this she is completing a Diploma in Distilling due to complete in summer 2025.
